Bold versus Foolish

February 4, 2009

There is a difference between being bold and being foolish, you know. I challenge you to be bold. But don’t be foolish.

  • Bold is the vision of eliminating poverty housing. Foolish is putting it on a timeline.
  • Bold is casting a vision for a new community. Foolish is putting it in a box.
  • Bold is actually eliminating poverty housing in your hometown of Americus, GA. Foolish is not showing it can be done.

Millard not only launched into a sermonette in the Bean that October morning around a table of community leaders and workers; he set the example.

How will you be bold in your life? Where is the foolish to avoid?
